Kristen Reitz-Green

 Kristen Reitz-Green is a Vashon Island oil painter known for luscious large scale works of food and reflective glassware. Her artwork also incorporates a variety of other mediums including mosaic, lapidary, and jewelry making. She currently shows work throughout the Pacific Northwest and has pieces in collections around the country. 

Kristen turned to the visual arts after a career in classical music as a French horn player. She is graduate of the Juilliard School and the Hartt School of Music. She spent years touring the country with Broadway shows, was on the faculty of 4 colleges, performed with many professional orchestras and was member of the Pacific Northwest Ballet Orchestra.
