RAVEN + CROW SHOW OCTOBER 3, 2026

Deadline: This is a Juried Show

• Artwork submissions are due September 19th by 11:59PM
• Selected artwork must be delivered to the gallery  between September 24th & 25th by close of business

Primary Requirements 

• Each artist can send up to (6) six paintings, drawings, printmaking, jewelry and sculpture for consideration. Maximum accepted size is 48 X 48 inches
• Notification of selection will include the Red Sky Gallery Show Acceptance Form

1. Selected artwork should be signed, packaged and delivered to Red Sky Gallery by deadlines
2. A completed Red Sky Gallery Show Acceptance Form is required which includes name, address for sending commission, phone number and inventory of selected items in show
3. Artwork Card: the Artist must submit an artwork card for each accepted item. Each card includes the following information in business card size format:

                   a.  Title

                   b.  Artist Name

                   c.  Medium used

                   d.  Size

                   e.  Price

Paintings

• Each artist can send up to (6) six images for consideration for selection by the gallery
• Maximum accepted size is 48 X 48 inches

Digital Image Preparation

• Each artist can send up to (6) six quality and evenly lit digital images of your art
• Photos should be cropped to the image. Exclude picture frames and extraneous background
• Prepare one JPG image for each piece in a 300 dpi with 2100 pixels (7 inches) on the longest side
• Label your image files using the following format. Example: Lastname_Firstname_title_inchesHxinchesW.jpg
• Note: photo file names should not have any asterisks, spaces or commas. Dimensions should be listed in inches, whole numbers and no fractions. 

Ready to Hang

All artwork MUST be ready to hang with a frame wire.  

Sales Requirements for Selected Items

• Selected artwork is available for sale. Do not submit artwork, not intended purchase.
• Commission rate is 50%-50% between the Gallery and the artist.
• Artwork exhibited in the show may not be sold outside the gallery during the exhibition or within thirty (30) days after the show to avoid payment of the gallery's commission.

Framing 

All artwork MUST be framed, should be black, gray, natural or white and ready to hang wire. Exceptions are granted for cradle wood panels and wrapped canvas if they are 1.5-2 inches deep with cleaned finished edges and ready to hang wire.

Duration of Show

The Raven and Crow Show begins October 3rd and closes November 28th. All artwork MUST be picked up November 29th to December 3rd by close of business. 

Promotion: 

By submitting your artwork, you grant Red Sky Gallery permission to use images of your artwork for promotional purposes.
